SCHOOL FEES & FINANCING

Since its creation in 1999, the associative aspect of Georges Melies School governed its non-profit structure. This is a deliberate and fundamental choice that makes the Georges Méliès School autonomous and independent. Its main interest is the "trades" training and pedagogy at the service of students.

INTERNAL BURSARY

Our institution awards a number of bursaries to deserving students. The criteria for obtaining a bursary is as follows:

  • Already have completed at least one year within our establishment;
  • Present all the documents requested in the file;
  • Comply with the rules of courtesy: behaviour, investment in your work and in the life of the School, punctuality, etc.
  • Submit your completed file on time.

The School will inform students of the opening and closing dates for applications. A board will then meet to deliberate the awarding of bursaries for the forthcoming academic year.

The bursary does not entail a cash payment to the student. The student is informed of the Board’s decision to award the bursary and the amount awarded will be deducted from the tuition fees for the forthcoming year. Every student may make several applications for an annual bursary.

BANQUE POPULAIRE

The partnership between École Georges Méliès and Banque Populaire (Orly branch) enables the provision of preferential loans to students.
